Judge Nathaniel Moran visited the Harrison County Power Project site in Marshall, Texas, on October 4, 2022. Judge Moran and his staff were joined by HCPP staff and cooperative leaders from Northeast Texas Electric Cooperative and East Texas Electric Cooperative. The group toured the power generating facility but also took time to share the challenges power providers face along with their priorities to ensure a reliable energy future.
