M&S Engineering to Begin LiDAR Survey

M&S Engineering has been contracted by ETEC to perform both a LiDAR survey and a foot patrol on the Henry Edgar to Ben Wheeler line section in the WCEC area for ETEC’s Insulator Replacement Project efforts that will be in construction next year. M&S is planning to perform the LiDAR survey with the use of a drone and will have boots on the ground doing the ground patrol at the same time as the aerial patrol. M&S is planning to divide this work by starting on each end to complete the work over several days. Details are below:
